9bd Terms and Conditions

01. General Terms and Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 9bd and its users. By accessing, registering on, depositing to, or using any service on the 9bd platform, the user is considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the Bengali version shall prevail. 9bd reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

In addition to these Terms, our gaming rules, bonus terms, and other related policies also apply. All policies together form a single unified agreement.

02. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account on 9bd and take part in any casino or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. Registration or use of the service by anyone under age is strictly prohibited.

Users must confirm that online gambling is permitted in their own jurisdiction. Compliance with the laws of one's own country or region is entirely the user's personal responsibility.

• You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account.
• One person may operate only one account.
• The account must be opened in your own name and your own financial details must be used.
• People experiencing mental health or financial difficulties are advised not to register.

9bd may request age and identity verification documents for any account it considers suspicious. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

03. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete information when opening an account is mandatory. If false or incorrect information is provided, 9bd reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold any deposited funds.

If any details provided at registration change, the account must be updated as soon as possible through customer support.

3.2 Account Security

Users must keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. 9bd will not be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from login details being shared with a third party.

If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, our 24/7 live chat support must be notified immediately. Do not carry out any transaction without an OTP, and do not share your OTP with anyone you do not know.

3.3 Multiple Accounts

Opening more than one account per person or household is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, the extra accounts will be closed and any bonuses collected may be cancelled.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The current minimum deposit amount on 9bd is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Deposits must be made from the mobile number or bank account registered to the account. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same methods must be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. To withdraw bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirement must be met.

05. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

Bonus funds are not "free cash" — they are a promotional benefit that becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming a bonus again through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• The full bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected while using a bonus (such as one-sided betting), the bonus may be cancelled.
• Where a promotional offer has its own separate terms, those will apply in addition.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The 9bd VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is paid each week at a set rate on net losses. Example: a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Members can move up to higher tiers gradually based on their play history and activity.

06. Gaming Rules and Fair Use

The 9bd platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which can be found on the game screen or in the help section.

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, no funds will be lost — the amount for that bet will be returned to the account.
• If an obvious error or inconsistency occurs in a game, 9bd reserves the right to void the related bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the odds for each event may change in real time. Bet acceptance closes once an event starts. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement will follow 9bd's defined policy.

07. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Operating an account using another person's identity or financial details.
• Playing games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Conducting artificial betting activity to gain bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful transactions.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Collaborative cheating or game manipulation with other users.
• Running any marketing or promotional activity not authorised by 9bd.

08. Limitation of Liability

The 9bd platform provides its service on an "as is" basis. 9bd is not directly liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connection issues, or third parties.

Game outcomes are entirely dependent on a random number generator (RNG) and are not predetermined. 9bd does not guarantee any specific winnings.

Users participate on this platform voluntarily and of their own choice. 9bd will not compensate for any financial losses arising from gambling.

09. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by 9bd

9bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms.
• Inconsistencies found during identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected.
• On the order of a court or government authority.

If a valid balance exists, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw those funds before the account is closed, unless there is a legal obligation preventing this.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time via live chat or email. A self-exclusion option is also available under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

9bd collects, stores, and processes users' personal information. This information is used for account management, identity verification, and improving the quality of the service.
